| | | The study carries out diagnostics of water supply systems in St. Petersburg from the point of view of their meeting the target needs of the clients and achieving strategic targets in the field of water use. The authors provide an assessment of the efficiency of organizing urban water supply systems based on studying the water supply scheme and tracking target indicators of water supply efficiency. Management characteristics are presented from the point of view of creating key indicators for water supply and tracking their values.
