| | | The article examines key changes in the hospitality industry under the impact of the transformation of tourist behavior. Three sustainable trends of the 2020s are analyzed: digital nomadism, micro-travel and long-stay. Based on foreign and Russian cases, the authors identify changes in the infrastructure, service and marketing strategies of hotels, provide data from the industry’s analytical reports and statistical sources, confirming the growth in the number of digital nomads, the popularity of short trips and the increase in demand for aparthotels. Particular attention is given to the practice of adapting Russian accommodation facilities to new demand formats.
