| | | In a saturated luxury hotel market, innovation in revenue management is becoming a key differentiator. The ability to predict demand at the micro level, flexibly manage pricing through multiple distribution channels and extract additional revenue from all hotel services directly determines the financial stability and competitiveness of the enterprise. The Lotte Hotel chain, being the flagship of the South Korean chaebol Lotte and the standard of luxury in the Asia-Pacific region, demonstrates striking examples of the implementation of such innovative approaches.
