Application of the platform approach in the system of ensuring innovative competitiveness of Chinese companies (Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article analyzes the platform approach as a strategic basis for increasing the innovative potential and competitive sustainability of Chinese corporations against the backdrop of rapid digitalization processes and the intensification of global technological struggle. The authors note that the use of modern concepts of platform economics and eco-system development has revealed that digital platforms are becoming the predominant structure of business organization in the new digital reality. The article demonstrates how platform business models contribute to the creation of long-term competitive advantages, accelerate the implementation of new developments, expand sales horizons and provide flexibility to commercial structures. Based on materials reflecting the activities of leading companies from China, the work discusses examples of successful integration of platform solutions, identifies the main threats and propose ways to optimize the use of platform tools, aimed at further strengthening innovative dynamics and increasing the competitive advantages of Chinese organizations in the digital environment.
