Based on official statistics for 2025 and the studies of recruiting sites and scientific publications, the authors assess the scale of personnel migration between St. Petersburg and the region, analyze the industry and professional structure of vacancies. The article identifies an acute imbalance between supply and demand for blue-collar professions in manufacturing, construction and transport and concludes that the main cause of the crisis is not market fluctuations, but deep structural problems: demographic restrictions, low interregional labor mobility and the inconsistency of the vocational education system with the current needs of the economy. | | Key words: labor market, Leningrad region, personnel shortage, labor migration, vacancies, structural imbalance, professional qualification composition, regional economy | | Pages: 111 - 115 |
