| | | The article presents the results of the second part (part 1, see No. 2(94), 2025) of the study focusing on the role of culture and creativity in overcoming global inequality, clarifies the relationship between the concepts of “cultural sphere” and “creative industries,” and describes the methodology for collecting empirical material for the research. The author’s main focus is on identifying the potential economic effects of cultural property restitution; for this, cases of Latin America and Africa are analyzed in a comparative perspective.
