| | | The article analyzes the phenomenon of Confucius Institutes as one of the key tools for implementing the soft power of the People’s Republic of China in the field of international humanitarian relations. Particular attention is given to the Russian direction of cultural diplomacy of the PRC and the functioning of the Confucius Institute in the Moscow State Linguistic University.
