| | | The article analyzes the impact of geopolitical risks upon the financing of infrastructure projects of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor (ECKMR) using the example of the “Power of Siberia — 2” gas pipeline. This impact is manifested through increased uncertainty, changes in the investment climate, as well as the need to reformat foreign economic relations and search for alternative sources of financing. The authors demonstrate that the main geopolitical influence lies in Russia’s reorientation of its energy flows from the European to the Asian market. Of particular importance is the analysis of the impact of geopolitical risks on financing.
