Comprehensive assessment of the level of digital maturity of higher educational institutions in the Lugansk People’s Republic (Russia, Lugansk)
The article focuses on the level of digital maturity of leading higher educational institutions in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) from the perspective of requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education (FSES HI 3++). The author analyzes factors determining the digital maturity of universities with the use of Russian and international methodological approaches, presents a combined approach for assessing the level of digitalization of LPR universities using a quantitative assessment of the degree of automation of management processes in university departments and a qualitative assessment based on the compliance of educational activities with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education 3++. The work is based on official sources and is publicly available. Results of the study can serve as the basis for developing specific recommendations for increasing the level of digitalization of LPR universities, facilitating their successful inclusion in the Russian educational system.
