| | | The article discusses prerequisites underlying the active spread of engineering and emphasizes the importance of transitioning from the traditional functional-reactive paradigm of training HR specialists to an engineering-oriented model. As a methodological solution, a life cycle model of HR systems is proposed. This model serves as a conceptual basis for a fundamental change in the educational process, where the emphasis shifts from the development of disparate personnel functions to the formation of competencies in the end-to-end design and management of sociotechnical organizational systems with measurable effectiveness. The authors demonstrate that graduate students develop systemic engineering thinking as a result of the model implementation; this model also facilitates proactive management of the organization’s labor potential as a strategic asset. | | Key words: personnel engineering, personnel management, personnel training, educational process design, life cycle model | | Pages: 166 - 170 |
