| | | The article focuses on the readiness to introduce artificial intelligence (AI) into the tourism industry, in particular, in the Primorsky Territory. It study shows that artificial intelligence is becoming a key driver of the development of the tourism industry, offering services demanded by tourists, from online booking to VR guides and personalized routes. The scholarly significance of the study lies in testing the methodology for assessing the quality of AI services for tourism, where is the practical significance consists in obtaining a specific list of defects (graphical, spatial, related to data relevance) that should be taken into account when drawing up routes using AI to really improve efficiency using neural networks and super-apps. According to research by the Association of Tour Operators (ATOR), AI is reshaping professions in tourism.
