| | | The article examines a system of indicators that allow assessing the level of development of public-private partnerships (PPP) in the regions of Russia. The authors analyze key quantitative and qualitative indicators, such as the accumulated experience in project implementation, the volume of attracted investments, the degree of development of the regulatory and institutional environment. Using the example of the leading constituent entities of the Russian Federation (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Perm Territory), the article demonstrates the relationship between the maturity of PPP practices and the achievement of positive socio-economic effects.
