| | | The article discusses the problems of developing a balance-optimization model that allows for forecasting indicators of sustainable development of a large municipal entity. The model predicts indicators characterizing the key factors for assessing the effectiveness of a municipality. An analysis of the results of using the model to predict the development of a large municipal formation is made using the example of the city of Novosibirsk. Calculations have shown that the model can work with real economic information and can be used for forecasting and making management decisions at the municipal level. The authors formulate directions for further improvement of the model, taking into account the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of its use. | | Key words: modeling, forecasting, socio-economic development, municipal management, strategic planning, Novosibirsk | | Pages: 111 - 117 |
