| | | The article emphasizes the need to integrate information technologies, in particular HRM systems, into regional personnel policy, analyzes the key functional blocks of such systems and their potential for automating the processes of selection, training, development and motivation of personnel. The advantages of digital HRM platforms lies in optimizing the labor market and increasing the efficiency of interaction between the state, business and the education system. Particular attention is given to the possibility of forecasting personnel needs and building individual development trajectories. The author provides data on the prevalence of HRM systems in Russia and key suppliers of such solutions, demonstrates that Russian systems are largely guided by Western approaches by adapting them to the national context, and stresses the role of HR analytics in the strategic planning of the region.
