| | | E-commerce has undergone significant changes in the 21st century, especially under the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, which served as the strongest driver for the development of electronic trading platforms. However, the growth of online platforms is accompanied by serious challenges associated with information asymmetry, trading formats and the difficulties of building consumer trust.
