| | | The article is dedicated to a systemic analysis of the digital transformation of higher education as a strategic process aimed at restructuring the educational ecosystem through the integration of digital technologies. The evolution of the concept is examined from the early stages of the implementation of LMS and MOOCs to modern approaches, including artificial intelligence, VR/AR and blockchain. The article highlights the key areas of digital transformation of higher education, emphasizes the need to assess the digital maturity of universities, and proposes an approach based on the analysis of the use of digital tools in the implementation of business processes in higher education institutions.
