| | | The article analyzes alternative approaches to the interpretation of service innovations in the public administration sector in conjunction with the study of the evolution of models of interaction between the state and recipients of public services. The author substantiates the thesis on the advantages of an integrative theoretical and methodological approach to the interpretation of service innovations, as well as the role of innovative processes in ensuring the quality of public services and the effectiveness of interaction with their recipients.
