The impact of migration processes on the mechanisms of regulation of the regional labor market (Russia, Gatchina)

The article analyzes the features of migration processes in modern Russia, which reflects their impact on the mechanisms of regulation of the regional labor market. The authors discuss the change in the dynamics of labor force needs, provide data on the resettlement of Russian citizens from host countries, as well as trends observed in the labor market over the past few years and their relationship with migration processes. The study provides an in-depth analysis of the impact of migration on the socio-economic structure of regional labor markets based on specific examples, and allows assessing the consequences of changes in the functioning of their mechanisms in real time.
