| | | The article focuses on the topical issues related to the system and powers of public authorities, with which Russian companies interact in the field of design, construction, modernization and maintenance of energy facilities abroad. The key thesis is the need to take into consideration the opinion and the interests of such companies at the level of decision-making; for this, it is necessary to increase the variable organizational formats of communications and the direct involvement of representatives of these companies in the process of developing and adoption of legal, managerial, organizational and other decisions that affect the state of affairs in the area under consideration.
