Capitalization of intangible resources of regional management as a factor of socio-economic development of the region (Russia, Moscow)

The relevance of the topic under consideration stems from the need to improve the efficiency of management of intangible resources of the regional development in the context of scarcity and uneven distribution of material resources. The article distinguishes and discusses the concepts of “intangible resources” and “intangible capital,” presents the results of a study of the structure of intangible resources of the region obtained by the Delphi method, presents the author’s definitions of all elements of the structure of intangible resources and their graphical relationships.
