| | | The article examines the essence and factors influencing the formation of behavioral finance in Russia. It shows that the development of the Russian financial system takes place under the influence of a large number of negative environmental factors, widespread digitalization, the emergence of innovative products, and the transformation of the needs of consumers of financial services. At the same time, the role and influence of cognitive factors on decision-making in the banking sector are increasing, and in this regard, the importance of behavioral supervision is increasing as well. The author carries out a theoretical analysis of the concepts of “behavioral finance,” and “digitalization of the banking sector,” directly related to the concept under discussion, to identify the main directions of their interrelation and mutual influence. The key results of the work include: 1) substantiation of the relationship between digitalization of the banking sector and behavioral finance; 2) distinguishing of the characteristic features of each concept; 3) analysis and structurization of unfair practices in the field of remote banking services. | | Key words: financial system, banking system, digitalization, digital banking system, behavioral finance, behavioral supervision | | Pages: 68 - 71 |
