Institutional changes at the turn of the crises of the first quarter of the XXI century (Russia, Moscow)
The article examines the institutional changes associated with the crises of the XXI century, analyzes the major crises and dominant institutional factors, and assesses the significance of the impact produced by the crisis upon a particular institutional change, and vice versa. The author distinguishes the scheme of development of institutional changes in the periods between major crises and formulates the results of the analysis of institutional changes and the assessment of the impact of crises on their development.
