On the issue of the application of institutional management tools for the innovative development of traditionalist societies (Russia, Izhevsk)

The article examines some issues of the traditionalist theory of economic development and the behavior of political and economic agents in different cultural environments. The application of the results obtained in this research consists in redesigning of institutional management systems at both the microeconomic and macroeconomic levels in a network society.
