Risks in the field of education: Classification and impact on market entities (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article analyzes the risks of subjects in the field of education in a dynamically changing economic, social and political environment. The authors distinguish patterns of spread of the crisis processes and ways of accounting for risk factors to avoid the negative consequences of risky situations for all subjects of educational relations, as well as mechanisms of behavior and effective management in crisis situations in the educational system. A classification of risk factors in the field of education, described in the study, allows to define directions for the complex impact upon both educational structures and individual subjects. The article develops measures of this impact in order to achieve results that ensure the future development of the education system, to develop qualities of human capital demanded by the country’s economy for students of all levels, as well as to provide students with comfortable learning conditions and further use of their human capital at a workplace.
