On the impact of financial factors upon the dynamics of company creation in federal districts (Russia, Moscow)

The article analyzes the impact of certain financial factors on the dynamics of entry of new commercial companies in the federal districts of the Russian Federation. Over the period between 2012 and 2021, multi-vector trends were revealed in the processes of crediting the business sector and attracting public funds as a source of financing for new businesses. The authors establish a significant differentiation of federal districts in terms of the dynamics of the entry of economic entities and show that financial factors were significant determinants of the creation of new companies.
