| | | The article focuses on the development of a scholarly based approach to optimizing the “quality triangle” for ensuring the effectiveness of production projects. The managerial approach to the implementation of production projects views efficacy as achieving optimal values of three multidirectional characteristics: achieving established production results, duration of the project and the cost of investment. Applying well-known quality cost models within the framework of a risk-oriented approach, as well as based on the fact that the compliance of the project production results is connected with the direct functional relation with the time of its implementation and the amount of costs, the author concludes that the costs of ensuring compliance of the project results with the original requirements represent a complex function. | | Key words: production projects, efficiency, «triangle of quality», optimization, costs of minimizing risks | | Pages: 80 - 82 |
