BRICS+ as a new format of international integration relations

The article focuses on the conditions, which facilitated creation of a new format for the development of international integration relations implemented by the BRICS countries. The author describes the expansion of BRICS membership as a horizontal development, systematizes facts confirming the vertical development of BRICS+ on the basis of expanding and complicating of the association’s projects, tasks and methods of functioning, as well as planning interaction and creating organizational structures for the implementation of the adopted goals. The article also distinguishes the week aspects of the horizontal and vertical development of BRICS+.
