Alternative form of co-regulation in the interaction between the state and business as a factor of contemporary construction of economic development (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The specificity of the present article stems from the genesis of the legal transformation and evolution of entrepreneurship in the system of socio-economic relations with the institutes of business support. The result of the research if the Project of interaction between the state and entrepreneurship within the frames of expanding the existing business-infrastructure. The Project is capable of harmonizing the socio-economic interests of the state and the private entrepreneurial initiative. Results of the research may be applied in the organization of the process of effective business interaction with foreign entrepreneurs in the context of external political (legal) restrictions. The Project is scholarly substantiated and presents an interest for the public interested in the sphere of economical and legal state regulation, as well as for public bodies and entrepreneurial unions.
