| | | The article focuses on several aspects of realization of money and credit policy conducted by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The norms of mandatory reserve present an effective tool in managing the country’s monetary base, which, however, does not eliminate problems in the state monetary management. The present research takes into account the Major directions of the unified state money and credit policy for the next three years, as well as alternative research conducted by O.N. Afanasjeva, R.G. Mal’sagova et al, V.V. Smirnov and other research of individual authors in the sphere of the national monetary policy.
