Development of the regional intellectual capital: Scenario analysis (Russia, Kazan)

The article focuses on the major strategic tendencies and factors of development with regards to the regional intellectual capital during and after the pandemic. The author describes optimistic and pessimistic scenarios for the development of the major elements of the regional intellectual capital.
