Problems of formation of innovation milieu in higher educational institutions of technology (Russia, Nizhniy Novgorod)

The article discusses the content and the basic principles related to the formation of innovation milieu in the economic systems in the present-day Russian economy. The author distinguishes the key problems of this process as applied to the higher educational institutions of technology, and formulates the main tasks that need to be solved
