| | | The article analyzes the current economic situation in the context of economic sanctions and narrowing of the external cooperation field. The author defines axiomatic features in the evolution of import substitutions models and export orientation, and evaluates different ways of risk compensation with regard to the changes in the system of external economic, transportation and logistics relations between Russia and its regions, focusing on the Republic of Tatarstan.
