| | | The article focuses on the tendencies of digital transformation and human capital management in the innovative industrial clusters of the Republic of Azerbaijan, discusses economic opportunities and challenges that emerge as a result of digitalization, and describe the potential of digitalization in the sphere of human capital management and sustainable development.
