Legal status of permanent state representatives in international (intergovernmental) organizations (Russia, Moscow)

The article discusses the legal nature and the basic operational principles with regard to permanent state representatives in regional organizations on the territory of CIS member countries. The author focuses on the history and the process of formation and development of the institute of permanent state representatives in international organizations, their legal nature, as well as international treaties that regulate their functioning.
