| The article evaluates perspectives for Russian energy resource export in the context of the “green course” initiated by the countries of the European Union in the context of the global warming, as well as with regards to the economic interests of the Russian Federation. Analysis of the changes taking place in the energy resource export over years demonstrates their fluctuation, which is conditioned mostly by the dynamics of the world prices for organic fuel and the rates of export custom duty. There are no signs of any considerable shifts in export structure, for energy sources continue occupying the leading positions here. The state politics aims at deterring the global warming while simultaneously maintaining the major role of energy resources that form the basis of competitiveness of the Russian economy. | Key words: “green course, ” hydrocarbons, energy resource export, alternative sources of energy | Pages: 69 - 72 |
