| Sharing of benefits is seen as a precondition of movement towards noonomics. Sharing the positions of S. Bordunov, presented in the books “The future. New industrial society: Resetting,” “Noonomics” and “A(O)ntology of noonomics,” the authors formulate the scholarly and practical significance of the issue of benefits as a notion that combines the notions of goods and services from the perspective of the social forms of protection and support of population. One of the major methodological techniques used in the article is the discussion of public benefits with regard to the triune essence of a human being as a participant of material and spiritual production, as well as the sphere of human social interaction. This technique allows to broaden the understanding of public benefits far beyond the limits of material production. Considerable attention is given to social and economic deformations in the Russian society, diagnosing reasons for them, as well as the search of sources and mechanisms of their neutralization though the implementation into the system of state administration of the ideas expressed by V.V. Putin in the Addresses to the Federal Assembly in 2020 and 2021. | Key words: sharing economy, noonomics, models of economic development | Pages: 53 - 57 |
