| The article focuses on a topical scholarly and practical issue: creation of the mechanism of transformation of the enterprise’ economic activity with regards to digitalization. The transformation modified ways of interaction of economic subjects, their needs and hierarchical relations, as well as foregrounds the ever growing role of informational intensiveness of the economic systems. The author defines conditions (threats, contradictions, perspectives and models) of transition in the turnover sphere into post-industrial digital space. Particular attention is paid to how commodity value is created in the chain between the producer and consumer, as well as to the main tendencies characteristic to digital transformation, such as individualization of production, self-management, decentralization, transparency, multi-channel structure.
