Approaches to measuring the organizational culture according to G. Hofstede’s model: principles, parameters, criticism(Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article focuses on the theory of cross-cultural differences by G. Hofstede, which allows to measure the organizational culture of an enterprise. The authors discuss not only the four classical dimensions of culture, but six parameters that are widely used nowadays. The article provides a short review of critical observations related to Hofstede’s model, as well as empirical corroboration of his theory provided by the scholar in response to criticism
