| The article focuses on the methods of analysis applied to measure the efficacy of an enterprise, a part of a larger alliance, on the basis of transactional costs evaluation. Review of methods used in this analysis show that the costs connected with specific assets are rather hard to measure, primarily as a result of difficulties to distinguish between transactional and transformational costs. The use of nuclear-buffer model by T. Parsons simplifies this task. General transactional costs are regarded here as a sum of the enterprise’ internal and relational costs, and present the weighted cost of all processes generating costs for nuclear and buffer processes. The use of specialized mathematical procedures that take into account the distribution of costs inside the alliance allows to calculate transactional costs and the efficacy of alliance enterprise | Key words: enterprise, alliance, transactional costs, nuclear-buffer model, enterprise' efficacy | Pages: 77 - 80 |
